Has anyone tried rTMS or dTMS for severe OCD?

I was wondering if anyone here has done the rTMS OCD coil handpiece or the dTMS H7 cap for OCD? If so how did you find it worked? Were you using as an adjunct to antidepressants and other treatments or alone?

I have severe treatment resistant OCD and I have severe chronic migraines so I’m trying to get this treatment somehow. I was just wondering if anyone knows if it’s really worth it.

Thanks,

Steph

Back after long

Hey all, I realized I have not been active at all. I wanted to update you on my ocd journey. I was formally diagnosed on January with OCD, ADHD, and GAD. I have started therapy and meds. Currently on SSRIs. I want to be more active here and not be missing. I wanted to meet the community.

The idea was for people to use the chat rooms and add to forums. It was kept up for a long time by aocdf volunteers, but it wasn’t being used by members. So we slowly stopped adding. There are support groups up and running. They are most popular. A family/caregiver support group and a ocd support group. You’re welcome to join if either suit your needs. You can sign up on the website. Welcome! 🤗
