Post or comment on OCD related Forums. Choose to download the WIX app - where you can Chat with other aocdf members. Request to join a chat room like "Relationship OCD." This will give people with OCD in all of Alberta an opportunity to connect. Now is the chance to speak up, let your voice be heard in this less intimidating environment.
