In support of Canadian Mental Health Association's (CMHA) 67th Annual Mental Health Week and #GETLOUD initiative, The Centre For Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Centre presented a free public screening of “UNSTUCK: An OCD Kids Movie” at Concordia University of Edmonton on May 7 2018. Janet Caryk presented a talk on the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders which was followed by a panel Q&A discussion. The QandA included Janet Caryk, Wes Miller, Lindsay Wolf-Owczarek and invited special guest, Jennifer Masek, a person with lived experience, from the Alberta OCD Foundation to speak on her personal struggle with OCD, but also to represent the AOCDF. A big thank you to Janet Caryk for the ongoing support with the Foundation. Thank you CFCBT for the very generous donation. The centre matched the $500 generated from ‘Fright Night’ and donated $1000.00 to assist with OCD programming for Albertans! Going above and beyond!
