The group is held for Alberta Residents at the regular time, 7pm-9pm. The aocdf will be using Google Meet which is compatible with both Mac/Windows Desktop and iPhone/Android cell phones. Permission to be Positive ❤️💛💚
Over the past week, the pandemic has caused a lot of change in a short amount of time. One day can feel like one week. The aocdf would like to mention these tips for those with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: 1. Sit with the emotions and allow others to sit with theirs. It can be frightening to see our parents and/or loved ones struggle with anxiety, panic, fear, anger, hopelessness, etc. Since they are our main supports and/or caregivers, we look to them for safety/security.

Great times @ the aocdf BBQ!
On Sunday August 18 2019, the #aocdf held the 2nd Annual BBQ Event at Gold Bar Park🍔! We had an excellent turnout of attendees coming and going throughout the afternoon👏🏻. We are so excited to have new members join! A special thank you to @cfcbtedmonton, a #yeg OCD treatment clinic who made an appearance to show support and make a very generous donation of $500!
